Career and Self-Improvement Programme: Management Trainee
This programme that has been designed to raise the future leaders of Rixos enables new graduates that step in the industry, and talented people present in the Group's pool of potentiality to notice their real potential, and to give them an opportunity of working in fields aligned with their interests and competence. Personnel selected from the pool of potentiality based on certain criteria are given the opportunity of experiencing different departments in the hotel, and attending a set of training programmes. Management trainees that successfully complete the programme are employed in the most suitable position for their interest and competence to safeguard unconditional success in their prospective department.
