Rixos offers opportunities for the professional and personnel self-improvement of its people through a set of training and development programmes. Training and development activities are planned and administered in line with the mission, vision and strategies of the group.
Training & Development Management process is composed of analysis for a need for training, training programme design, practices and evaluation.
While analysing a need for training, we consider the needs and requirements in accordance with the mission & vision of Rixos Group, strategies, corporate culture, new concept development at facilities, as well as basic managerial and functional competences.
While designing training programmes, training eligible for the target group profile is developed in line with the data obtained from the analysis of training requirements.

Performance management
Rixos Group uses a competence-based performance evaluation system in line with the corporate values and strategies. Performance management system intends to ensure personnel self-betterment in compliance with the strategic targets of the company. In performance management system, people firstly make a self-evaluation, and subsequently they are evaluated by the senor management.
Results of evaluation are shared with the personnel through constructive and effective feedback meetings, and are used to ensure people enjoy added values in the following fields.

Wage management
Rixos Wage Management System has been designed to attract qualified labour force and to increase employee engagement and loyalty. Wage system is composed of job tiers, wage markets and policies. Job tiers are designated as per job evaluation works after which, just and competitive wage policies are set for the job tiers by considering the target markets as well. Wage policies may vary depending on the geography, territory, hotel size and concept. Wage rise is offered once a year throughout Rixos group.
